Sage+Archer released new creative ad formats and features for Digital Out of Home (DOOH) screens. Which is designed to help marketers to create effective DOOH ads effortlessly, demonstrating their brand message more recognizable and using the technical opportunities that programmatic DOOH has to offer.
The App Gallery layouts are easy-to-use templates in what brands can add their app content in a clear way. Marketers can choose from three different templates, depending on what kind of assets they have available already. It is possible to add a single screenshot that features the app in an appealing way or use images or videos that demonstrates the purpose of the app well. All content (headline, promo, screenshots or images) can be automatically localized by using dynamic components. For example, based on screen location, time or other real-time triggers such as weather, traffic or news feed.

Also, finding the right way to explain your app in a powerful way in the canvas of Out of Home, can be a real struggle too. Hence we built templates that are not only easy to use, but also direct marketers into making choices about what to show consumers and what to leave out.”
The templates also include an app store attachment that displays the app the same way it is shown in the app store, using a similar app logo and app name. This to build recognition for the app when consumers are in the app store. In the attachment marketers can choose to either show the app subtitle (as is used in the app stores) or to show one of the store’s ratings.
The new formats all are thoroughly tested and approved by Exterion Media. To use the ad formats, marketers only have to select a pre-built layout of preference. To add branded content for a unique brand experience, marketers can request a specification sheet, an HTML5 template, or Photoshop files. Depending on the available (creative) resources. With the input, Sage+Archer’s Creative Studio will support marketers with technical skills to run a perfectly running DOOH creative.
