NEW YORK, AMSTERDAM – May 12, 2022 – Sage+Archer, the European buying platform for digital out-of-home (OOH), today announced that the company is joining Vistar Media, the leading global provider of software for digital signage. As part of the global Vistar Media organization, Sage+Archer plans to expand programmatic OOH buying operations to additional markets across EMEA.

Founded in 2019 and headquartered in the Netherlands, Sage+Archer has successfully built an effective media organization, rapidly securing trusted partnerships with buyers such as Dentsu International, Matterkind, Heineken, Essent and more. Headquartered in the United States but operating across APAC, North America & EMEA, Vistar Media has built the largest global marketplace for programmatic OOH as well as enterprise-grade software trusted by leading media owners to manage and operate digital signage networks.
The team of 26 Sage+Archer employees will continue to operate as a standalone division within Vistar Media’s global organization. Buyers and brands can continue to use the Sage+Archer platform for planning their localized DOOH campaigns, leveraging the full capabilities provided by the Sage+Archer demand-side platform (DSP), all existing global supply-side (SSP) partnerships, now augmented with additional audience targeting and data solutions developed by Vistar Media.
