About the role:
We are expanding our marketing team and are looking for an expert communicator, creative thinker, marketing strategist and hands-on go-getter to join as the Marketing Manager for EMEA, based in Amsterdam. This position will play a critical role in developing comprehensive marketing strategies for multiple countries across EMEA, and adding regional nuance to global marketing initiatives.

What you’ll do:
- Partner with global marketing department head and regional managing director to define marketing objectives and identify required resources
- Own creation and maintenance of sales collateral & materials for all markets within EMEA (primary focus on UK, Netherlands, and Germany, with future expansion expected)
- Localize and maintain all marketing collateral such as: working with business line marketing leads + regional leadership to tailor messaging / materials to meet market-specific needs, maintain partner logos, stats updates, etc., and spelling & language localization

What experience we’re looking for:

Your Position:
As the marketing intern at Sage+Archer, you will work alongside the Head of Marketing and the local Business Developers to complete various marketing activities to increase the visibility of the Sage+Archer brand amongst its audience.
Responsibilities:
- Content Marketing: Write content for our website/blog, social media platforms, and email communications in order to increase website traffic and drive engagement from clients.
- Marketing Strategy: Support the Head of Marketing with designing and executing the marketing strategy across Europe.

What you will be doing
- Design and produce qualitative strong digital, strategic, video or dynamic (HTML5) advertisements for various brands.
- Build creatives in i.a. Adobe Photoshop, Adobe AfterEffects, Google Web Designer, Smartly, or code editors such as Sublime.
- Come up with new design concepts and functionalities for striking, smarter and even more effective advertising campaigns.
- You monitor and check your delivered designs on the brand guidelines, the technical criteria of the media channel, and consumer insights.

Overview

As we build our UK team, we are looking for a Sales Manager to continue our business development and revenue growth within agencies.

- Grow DSP revenue in the UK market, through self and managed service partnerships across media agencies and brands

Medewerker Financiële Administratie
Sage+Archer is op zoek naar een medewerker Financiële Administratie. Je wordt verantwoordelijk voor de correcte administratie van vier bedrijven met grote internationale ambities.

Wij zijn Sage+Archer, het Europese media-inkoopplatform voor Mobile en Digital Out of Home reclame. Merken zoals Disney, Coca-Cola, Heineken en Amazon gebruiken ons platform om de juiste advertenties te tonen aan de juiste mensen, op het juiste moment én op de juiste plek. Bijvoorbeeld op gigantische digitale billboards op straat, in winkelcentra, en/of op smartphones.
We hebben gebruikers en samenwerkingspartners die actief zijn over heel de wereld. Als medewerker financiële administratie ben je (mede) verantwoordelijk voor het verwerken en inboeken van alle facturen en de financiële rapportages die daaruit voortvloeien.
De belangrijkste werkzaamheden in jouw werk als medewerker financiële administratie zijn:
- Inboeken van facturen die deels geautomatiseerd worden ingelezen;
- Zorgdragen voor een correcte financiële administratie (Exact Online);
- AP/AR, (internationale) betalingen klaarzetten en uitvoeren;
- Beheer van het grootboek, rekening-courant posities en de tussenrekeningen;
- BTW aangifte verzorgen;
- Loonadministratie bijwerken (Nmbrs);
- Met interne afdelingen facturatie en rapportage afstemmen;
- Onderhouden van contact met externe relaties mbt facturen;
- Voorbereidende werkzaamheden van de jaarrekening;
- Financiële rapportages (Visionplanner) opstellen in samenspraak met de manager.
Wie ben jij?
- Minimaal een afgeronde MBO niveau 4 richting financieel-economische richting;
- 1-3 jaar ervaring binnen een soortgelijke functie;
- Je hebt goede kennis van de Nederlandse- en Engelse taal;
- Kennis van Exact Online en Visionplanner zou handig zijn;
- Je werkt netjes en je wilt dat alles klopt;
- Je kan prioriteiten stellen en structuur in je werk aanbrengen;
- Je hebt cijfermatig inzicht.

Sage+Archer is op zoek naar een junior Digital Marketing Specialist die onze klanten superenthousiast adviseert en inspireert hoe succesvol digitale campagnes op te tuigen in ons advertentieplatform.
Wat is er aan de hand?
Wij zijn Sage+Archer, het Europese media-inkoopplatform voor Mobile en Digital Out of Home reclame. Merken zoals Disney, Coca-Cola, Heineken en Amazon gebruiken ons platform om de juiste creatieve uitingen te tonen aan de juiste mensen, op het juiste moment én op de juiste plek. Bijvoorbeeld op gigantische digitale billboards op straat, in winkelcentra, en/of op smartphones.
Het Sage+Archer platform is zo ontwikkeld dat zij zelfstandig campagnes kunnen inboeken. Maar, soms hebben onze klanten daar wat extra hulp bij nodig. Wij zoeken een Digital Marketing Specialist die klanten en accounts daarbij helpt. Je leidt ze rond in het platform, geeft ze tips & tricks en best practices. Ook help je klanten bij het vormgeven van hun mediaplannen, geef je strategisch campagne-advies en inspireer jij ze met (nieuwe) mogelijkheden. Je bent dus een platform specialist én consultant in één!
Wat je gaat doen:
- Je bent dagelijks in contact met onze klanten om hen te helpen bij het opzetten, in plannen en managen van hun digitale reclamecampagnes in het Sage+Archer platform.
- Je leidt nieuwe klanten op in hoe het Sage+Archer platform succesvol te gebruiken, perfect afgestemd op basis van hun type business, doelstellingen en behoeftes.
- Je geeft klanten strategisch advies over digitale mediaplannen, hoe (nieuwe) platform features te gebruiken en je inspireert door regelmatig met
- Client Health Checks: je checkt regelmatig hoe en in welke mate klanten en accounts gebruikmaken van het platform. Maken ze succesvol campagneplannen? Boeken ze campagne tactic’s in? Maken ze optimaal gebruik van de features die ons platform te bieden heeft?
- Je schakelt veelvuldig met verschillende afdelingen intern (design, development, sales) en ook met externe partijen (media-eigenaren, data & tech providers).
Hoe werken we?
We zijn een tech start-up met ervaren oprichters. Dat betekent dat we met elkaar nog elke dag werken aan het (door)ontwikkelen van ons platform, de features en de bedrijfspropositie. Niet alles is set in stone dus, maar we werken wel gestructureerd. We hebben een roadmap en er zijn heldere doelstellingen. Er zijn cross-department sessies met o.a. tech development en design om kennis uit te wisselen. We houden iedere dag stand-ups. Maar de prioriteiten die we bespreken tijdens de stand-ups kunnen per dag verschuiven. Simpelweg omdat er nieuwe grote kansen voordoen of omdat de markt snel beweegt. We zijn dus, laat maar zeggen, écht dynamisch.
Wie ben jij?
Je staat aan het startpunt van jouw carrière in digital marketing, je bent nieuwsgierig en onderzoekend. Je bent enthousiast over het vak en de technische mogelijkheden van vandaag de dag. Je bent een aanpakker en hebt aan een half woord genoeg om de handen uit de mouwen te steken.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
- Een HBO/WO studie afgerond, bij voorkeur in de richting Marketing, Management of Communicatie
- Analytisch: je ziet de kern van een probleem of vraagstuk snel en je hebt een overzicht van de consequenties van bepaalde keuzes.
- Hoewel je de zaken goed bekijkt, blijf jij niet hangen in beschouwing. Je houdt niet van aanlummelen, je neemt (van nature) snel het initiatief.
