We are happy to announce that Sage+Archer has joined the global Vistar Media organization. We had our highs and mediums during our ten years of building a business. There have always been talks of selling our business, taking on investments to accelerate growth or stay independent. Finding the right route, and the right partner is hard.

With Vistar Media, the leading global provider of programmatic technology for out-of-home, we have found a great partner that ticks all the boxes. We are both in the rapidly growing programmatic digital out-of-home (DOOH) space, we have technology and innovation running through every fibre of our combined DNA, we love ad tech and creativity, and we can really benefit from each other’s growth phase and scale.
We are growing like crazy here in Europe, with offices in Amsterdam, Hamburg and London, and operating across the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Germany, UK, Switzerland, France, Austria, and Italy. Vistar Media has a longstanding presence in the US, and continues its growth there and in APAC.

Together with Vistar Media we have the opportunity to build a global business, scale our development, professionalize the DOOH ecosystem, drive innovation and offer the best of two amazing platforms to our clients, whatever region they want to be active in.
Sage+Archer plays a pivotal role in understanding the local needs in Europe. We understand the differences between Switzerland and Germany, Belgium and Holland. We know that each market has its own dynamics and what the role and state of programmatic DOOH is in each region. This approach has proven successful and is something we will accelerate with the power of Vistar behind us.
We believe our platform and approach have played a central role in our success. Therefore the S+A platform will remain a central element in our proposition and we will keep developing it, and innovating. Better yet, we will incorporate the best elements of Vistar Media’s technology and vice versa. A significant and market leading project the teams have been working on is dynamic creative, a central theme for both Sage+Archer and the Vistar Media teams.
Together we will build and develop the programmatic DOOH market on a global scale. This means working hard on an infrastructure that democratizes DOOH as an efficient and effective marketing channel for all digital marketers.
By no means this is an exit for us as entrepreneurs from programmatic DOOH. We are heavily invested in this and will be for years to come.
