Sage+Archer is looking for a customer success manager. We want our clients to be successful with our fantastic platform and sometimes they need a little bit of help getting started or some pointer and inspiration on what could make their campaign even a bigger success.
We have an automated platform which, based on our clients’ needs, automatically bids on more than 20.000 bids per second. Our goal: to show relevant advertising to the right consumers on mobile and DOOH.

In the last 8 years we’ve built and grown a platform for real-time buying of diverse advertisement spaces. With this platform we have served 100’s of successful advertising campaigns for brands like Disney, Coca – Cola, Heineken, ParkMobile and many more.

We are looking for the customer success manager that will help clients understand the platform better, help with publisher and media owner communication, optimizations on campaigns and innovation on the product itself.

What you will be doing together with the development team:
- onboard clients with a platform runthrough
- inspire clients with ways to use the platform
- problem solving on campaigns.
- communicate with media owners about available screens, creative possibilities, pricing
- communication with data providers about audience data sets, API triggers
- communication with tech providers about switching on the right traffic and supply
Is this you?
You are proactive, hands on entrepreneurial and excited about technology in media and advertising and would like to join a startup that will rule the world. Without any fear you pick up the phone to get information from a media owner, reach out to a client to discuss an issue on their campaign or think of a dataset that could be extremely useful for a client cohort. You love the media business especially when technology is added to the mix.
What are we looking for:
- Some experience in using digital media platforms such as Facebook business manager or Google search ads.
- You have experience in client communications
- You have worked in media or advertising
- If you are a native German speaker that would be an absolute pre
- You are highly fluent in English.
